"I had been meaning to digitalize my older family photos (some from the 1880's) for years, and finally sent half of them into DigMyPics. I received my requested dvd this morning, and can not be more pleased. Faces and places that had aged, darkened and faded over the years are once again visible. I can label each image and share them with other interested family members. I have another batch of photos boxed up and ready to send in. The staff was exceptional in handling my order, and even brough to life two images I thought had been lost to time. They treated my photos as if they were their own. "Talk about lucky. I found DigMyPics through Google and took a chance with some very old slides I wanted converted to digital media. My own efforts had not been successful. From the first email telling me they had received my slides, through the updates on progress, the review of pictures on line, the notice that they had been mailed to me, and the "Wow" feeling when I first viewed the finish product when received, I can only say this is one outstanding firm, with awesome staff, and a real customer service, and satisfiction, orientation. You simply cannot go wrong with these folks. Not only are the digital pictures, in both .TIFF and .JPG formats, as good as the original slides, but in cases where the slides had discolored or deteriotated, the pictures I received had corrected many of those problems. My thanks for a great experience, a great response, and a company that really delivers even more than promised. "

"I recently had over 1200 of my father's old slides digitized. I was absolutely amazed by the way digmypics communicated with me through every step of the way, and with the quality of the final product. I got emails when the slides were received and when the digitization process began. I was able to review online the work in progress. Reviewing the finished images was easy and fast, and I deleted the ones I didn't want. I was amazed by the speed of the whole process. I sent the slides in small batches, and every time they came back in the same numbered boxes I had mailed them in. Downloading the images from discs to my computer went without a hitch. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints and am very satisfied."

"Digmypics just converted our old stereo and standard slides to digital images. (Just under 400 slides!) They turned out great and I was able to download them directly to Picasa. (We also ordered a DVD.) Once in Picasa, you can use that software to further enhance them to your liking. Service was flawless and well organized. Email updates were informative, as they processed our project. Good follow up. This project was not inexpensive, but well worth it, when you consider that you have preserved priceless family photos. (Slides that sat in a drawer for years! We paid extra for higher resolution scanning, and to process the stereo slides without cutting them in half, which is necessary to utilize the standard processing equipment.) Not only from the automated emails that notified me my films were there, but the quick responses from live people when I had questions. The Quality of the Movies was great and I also really appreciated the extra efforts that went in to offering the free .jpg pics from the movies, the procedures that allowed me to title and arrange all my movies and also the presentation of how the DVDs were arranged with chapters. "This is my 2nd time to use DigMyPics to scan and enhance family slides and to create a video slideshow. We were amazed at how well the slides came out . . .. even several dark ones we sent in expecting to discard . . . we can now actually enjoy the picture again. We were equally pleased with the slideshows. We let them choose the upbeat music and both we had done came out better than we even expected.
