"I sent in 10 old Hi-8 video cassettes to be transferred to DVD and received my order back before Thanksgiving as promised. All I can say is WOW! The quality and resolution of the finished DVDs are beyond anything I could have hoped for and the audio portion seemed to have been enhanced greatly. The DVDs made from the transfers actually exceed the quality of the originals! In addition to that the finished product was very professionally presented in a binder-type jewel case and excellent labels on each DVD. In sum, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product, the customer service and the time taken to produce said product. I will definitely be a return customer when I have another project of this type. Anyone that reads this, dont hesitate to send DigMyPics your business. You will be as impressed as I was. "

"I am extremely happy with the results of transferring my 47 year old 8mm film to DVD format. Digmypics did a great job in cleaning, lubricating, and recording my film on DVD. Digmypics photo scanning and video transfer services are highly professional and ts customer service is second to none of any internet business that I have encountered to this day. I also very much appreciate the friendly and informative nature of the communication between Digmypics and its customers. "

"I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by DigMyPics; the image quality is better than expected, the progress updates reduce the anxiety levels regarding loss of the originals and the ability to review the images before buying them is a very good idea. The only suggestion I have for a potential new customer is to monitor your outbound and inbound shipping costs closely. I sent forty 35mm slides; the final cost per image was about one dollar per slide and a considerable percentage was due to shipping. Shipping cost per each will decrease greatly as the number of images increases; however that will put more of your irreplaceable memories at risk to loss, damage or shipping theft. Those one of a kind photos of a deceased parent/grandparent will be forever gone if they are all in the same shipping package and something happens to it while in route to DigMyPics. The return trip is not quite as risky; DigMyPics keeps copies, as advertised for 14 days, only the hard copy will be lost. Remember, the hard copy will fade away as it ages anyway. Again, I am happy with the results, I have recommended DigMyPics to others and I plan to have more slides digitized by DigMyPics. "

"I had never heard of Digmypics before until I had some old slides that needed to be converted to digital files and found the after a google search. I was a little apprehensive about just mailing my slides to some company I didn't know without even speaking with a live person first but their website gave me enough comfort to do so. The thing that impressed me the most was the technology and process of submitting your order, tracking your order, seeing the pics as they were scanned, etc. It was a great experience...fast, easy, and exciting. The pics came out great too! These folks are a well run company! I recommend them!"

"The quality job you did in scanning my slides is beyond my highest expectations. Before sending the slides to you, I looked at them one more time with the Kodak Carousel slide projector. Pictures were good, but dingy and dull. Your scans looked good during the selection process on the web, but the real treat was the high-res dvd you sent. The vibrant colors and enhancements you made had the pictures looking like they were taken yesterday. It is hard to believe you did such great work for such a reasonable cost. "Fun to watch the process as it proceeds. Fast turnaround time exceeded my expectation. Standard scan quality for slides is good and met my expectation for snapshots with only minor degradation. Adjustments made to images improved their appearance."

"My mother found several hundred old 35mm slides in her attic last year. I was determined to digitize them one way or another. My first attempt was to use a slide scanner I purchased myself. I found that not only did this take an incredible amount of time, but the picture quality was terrible. Because the slides had been stored in her attic, the color had changed and the software that came with the scanner did not adequately adjust for this. Additionally, there was some dust on the slides which made for really bad digitized images. I eventually gave up on scanning myself and found digmypics. I must say they delivered what that promised. Not only did they clean the dust off slides but they corrected the color once the images were scanned in. The photos came out amazing! At least 10x better than the quality of the slide scanner I had purchased. The whole process was easy and their customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this company and would absolutely use them again. "
