"As first-time users, our 80+ year old minds didn't quite grasp the details for organizing the slides. The detailed information was under packaging which we didn't think we needed because we had gotten adequate instructions for mailing from a phone call. In any case digmypix was most thoughtful, patient and helpful in the matter, which we appreciated immensely. The pictures were all we had hoped for and we will definitely be using digmypix another time. We don't intend to mess up again."
