"I've been using Dig My Pics for a few years now, but I just used them for family photos dating back as far as the 1930s. Most were loose photos, but many on album pages that were falling apart. "I sent about 800 feet of old (1950s and 60s) 8mm family home movies to DigMyPics, but didn't have very high hopes that they would be able to salvage the brittle old film that had been spliced and viewed many times, then put away in storage since 1965.
