"I am amazed! An email at each step in the process, plus you can look at the progress of your order online, too. And you can delete any images that you don't want--BEFORE you're charged! I live in FL and transit time was just 2 days (Priority Mail). The scans are GREAT. My order was 70+ slides that were all over 45 years old!! They came out great. The service is FAST (about 10 days including 4 days shipping). Pricing was very reasonable. I had a couple of questions about the 'checkout' on my order; I called and the rep was VERY friendly.
