I had purchased a slide scanner with poor results in color correctness, sharpness and the inability to deal with contrasting light values. "I just received my disks with my California slides. A previous order was reprocessed due to the pictures being too dark, but I mentioned this, and you did an excellent job this time. The software that you provide that let me load the images to my hard drive was fantastic. I needed it because my DVD player would only accept a group of 150 files and I had 183. Since I could now reburn a CD with the set of files brokenup into two groups, everything was fine. You'll be getting more of my slide collection to digitize shortly."
