"Overall I think you did a good job but one image Scan_01_004 had a large black speck/artifact on the image which is quite obvious when viewed full size. I think that should have been casught and corrected prior to shipping the disk."

"I'm really amazed and happy at the job you recently did for me. I warily put two trays of slides into the mail two weeks ago, not expecting much except maybe to lose the things forever. They were from a trip I took to Ireland back in 1983. I really wanted the ability to see the pictures without needing a slide projector. I searched around on the internet a bit and came across your site. It was easy to navigate, the information was presented clearly, and I was hopeful after reading some other testimonials. But I shopped around a little more just in case. I found some other sites on the 'net with comparable pricing, but they didn't seem as professional. I also tried to find a local resource, but the price was astronomical - $3 a slide. For my 180 slides, that wouldn't do. Ten days after I sent my precious slides to you, you notified me that they were done and provided a link to a website where I could view them. I was VERY pleased at what I saw. But nothing compares to the CD version I just received. Very clear, beautiful color, great overall quality. Your great service, great product, and great price will lead me right back to your site next time I need anything like this. Thanks so much! Lynne K. "

I called twice before I placed my order and each time the person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and knew the answers to my questions. "This is my 4th order, and the service just keeps getting better and better. Unfortunately, FedEx doesn't get the same accolades. I mailed my slides from NY to AZ on a Tuesday, and on Thursday received an e-mail that they had been received and were in the processing queue. By the following Monday (less than a week from when I mailed them), they were enroute back to NY. Now, one week later, I still haven't received them. DigMyPics is great, but FedEx should be replaced by the Pony Express - the service would be faster. "

"Wonderful. I was so worried about sending these priceless, but useless slides away to get them processed. I looked everywhere for different places. All I could do is keep coming back to Dig My Pics. I called and talked with them, I e-mailed them. And they were all so helpful and gave me lots of information. It was so wonderful. And thinking it would take months to get it all done. "What do two Senior's say when they receive the DVD Movie Disks of Family Stuff 1973-76 that you processed from our old slides - FANTASTIC... Scans too dark
"The histograms of most of the scans tend to bunch up on the left - i.e. too dark. I asked for the images in TIFF so I could edit the images but I wasn't thinking I would have to adjust every image. Some of the images are too dark to recover. On the positive side ordering was easy, the turnaround time was excellent and the price was attractive."
