"In my 60 plus years I have dealt with many companies but NONE as professional and courteous as Digmypics. I have placed four orders for pictures with them including the albums, CD, DVD and SD Card(at different times). I have not had any problems whatsoever. The pictures came back in the same condition as sent, the photos were all on the disk and finally because of their lower resolution I can use the SD card in my digital frame!!! Big plus! If I had a question I could just email via email and get the answer back the same day! If I called about a question, a real person answered and resolved my question. I can't say enough about this company. I will be dealing with them again because I have more pictures to scan."

"The work you did on my photos was impressive. These photos had faded badly over time (some were over 40 years old), or were overexposed or otherwise wanting in the first place. Thanks to you, these photos are now bright, vivid, and frequently look much better than the original prints. Despite the different sizes of prints I had submitted, I was pleased to see they weren't cropped into some uniform size. And since they are now digitized, I was able to see them enlarged with enough quality to make out details I had never seen in the smaller original prints. I was also impressed by your promptness in performing the work, the ability to change my mind about including some of the prints in the final order, and in how well the photos were repackaged when they were returned to me. "I recently had a collection of slides dating from the late 1950's and early 1960's scanned by digmypics for a commemorative book I'm creating for my Mom's 90th birthday. Where do I begin? The on-line order process was quick and intuitive and one of the things that attracted me to digmypics over other services. Once I shipped off these priceless (to my family, anyway) slides, digmypics was in regular contact, letting me know they'd safely arrived, when they were being scanned, and when they'd been finalized. Perhaps most impressive was the difference between the initial scans and the final scans. Obviously, someone on the digmypics team (Richter, possibly?) spent a lot of time optimizing the images. The original slides were far from perfect and suffered from a lot of common issues, including overexposure, underexposure and just general fading from age. The digmypics team brought out the very best in each image: balancing the exposure, rendering realistic skin tones, punching up the color in a natural way. In short, they restored the vibrancy of these images. I would highly recommend digmypics to anyone who is considering having their photographs or slides scanned. "I sent fourteen 8mm home movies taken forty or more yeas ago to be digitized. The conversion took about a week. Each one looks great. The ability to add labels and arrange the sequence that they're put on DVD was a big help. Customer support folks responded quickly when I had questions. As soon as the digitizing was done, I was able to download the files to my laptop. I plan to use them for more old movies and photographs. "
