"My Father took lots of slide pictures late 40's through the 60's most in good shape but some of the older ones were in poor shape. Some of these photos are the only pictures I have of some of my relatives. The picture quality literally took my breath away. Viewing the faces of relatives long gone so clearly on my computer screen was quite the experience. I am sending in my second batch of slides and trying out the VHS to DVD service"

"My father took more than 1000 shots with his trusty Kodak 35 (standard issue for all WWII recon and other photographers). His shots spanned the 40s to 70s. I tried out batches at a few other labs over the years ... with mediocre result. The technology has improved now and the job Digmypics does is the best you will get at a reasonable cost. They have scanned my entire photo library ... slides 50 to 70 years old! The results are better than the originals very professional and helpful staff. All slides were scanned 2500dpi jpg ... after a TIFF test that showed no diff in results. AAA+ in this biz."

"One 5" reel plus fourteen 3" reels of movie films sent via FedEx DigMyPics sent update email when films are queue for processing An update email notify in clearing queue for transfer preparation Then when film transfer is completed - received a link fo review, re-organize by drag and drop clips and add titles. All came in a very efficient manner. The digitize transfer came out better than expected for 37 years old color movie films. The USB file downloaded perfectly onto my computer. I will use DigMyPics again, and highly recommend their quality services to others."

"I had about 100 black and white negatives scanned. Even though they were in plastic sleeves they had accumulated a great deal of dust. I specifically asked that they be cleaned before scanning. And thankfully they did a great job of removing all the dust which made a big difference. Also the fact that they allowed you to reject 20% of the scans made a big difference because there were multiple negatives at different exposures. There were also a number of outright bad negatives in the strip (blanks, totally overexposed). I was concerned about having to pay for scanning these negatives but they must have rejected them as unusable and they were not included in the final scans. In the end I had just the negatives I wanted. Overall I have been pleased with the service and results. Will use them again. Have more negatives to scan!"

"I rarely write reviews, but I also rarely experienced this level of service. The communications were frequent and personal. I was able to track the progress of my order from arrival to shipping. The quality of the prints was excellent. In this day of internet, my experience here was head and shoulders above anything before. I did not do cost compare, but, even if more expensive, this is the only service I will be using in the future. "

"I can only say that digmypics.com has done the best job in conversion of the slides I have sent them. I have one order left to go and it will be going out by the end of the week. I had another firm convert some as a comparison and there was no comparison. The slides I have had converted were taken in the late 50s and early 60s by my mother and had been in storage and not likely seen the light of day since the mid 70s.
