"Digmypics was such a great choice for me to use to convert my grandfather’s 8mm films to DVDs. The representatives I spoke with answered my questions in a polite and patient manner. I’m not technology savvy, but they never made me feel stupid about my questions. The service was very quick, and I loved being able to preview the content of the old films before they completed the transfer. It was well worth the money to do this transfer! I called customer service and they walked me through the different options and helped me decide what was best for me. They were so patient as I had many questions.
