"I had 170 40+ year old slides converted to digital images. Some of the slides were discolored and others were in poor condition. The resulting images were much better than I ever expected. I doubted that the discolored slides were salvageable. "DigMyPics is very professional. They stress accuracy and perfection over speed. When I got my order, all of the disks (Sets of DVDs for JPEG and TIFF, and Reduced Res. CDs) worked as expected. The slides taken with my NIkkormat and prime Nikon lenses (47 years ago) were digitized and processed to produce many stunning photos. Any flaws in the photos were due to my inexperience. "This is the second time I've used DigMyPics to convert my father-in-law's Vietnam era slides to prints - over 600 slides in all and couldn't be happier. The team was very professional, answered all my questions, and followed up when there was a delay in shipping from my end just to make sure they hadn't missed the slides - who does that? I like that they gave a constant update on where the slides were in the transition process and that once the slides were complete, I could go in and delete any slides I didn't want. They did a great job of working with me on smaller folder sizes than typical which I truly appreciated. The quality of the digital prints was great and most important, my father-in-law was thrilled to see the pictures he thought were lost forever. Thanks DigMyPics!"

"The slides in our closet have not been touched for many, many years. I knew there were some pictures on them that I would love to have, but there never seemed to be enough time to look for them. I read about Digmypics and thought I would call to find out how they worked. I must admit I was a bit nervous about the thought of mailing my slides to Arizona! I decided to try it. I mailed them off and in no time, I received a message that they had been received. I was informed about each step along the way. One thing I loved was seeing the pictures before the DVDs were mailed. I was able to delete any that I didn't want, and I didn't have to pay to do that. The DVDs arrived in about two weeks and there are wonderful images that I had long forgotten. I will be mailing another order to be digitized in the next month. "I headed from Reno to AZ for vacay with close to 2,500 photos in my carry-on bag and hand delivered this "precious cargo" straight to DigMyPics in Gilbert. This company was exemplary every step of the way; they scanned my images (a large order) in about a week and sent email notification to view right away. I dropped the ball in not previewing my order for several weeks, yet when I called the company to apologize, they graciously allowed more time for me to check out the images and select up to 20% to discard. After finalizing my order, they mailed my original boxes of photos and the digital media CD's back in record time...my gazillion pics were still in perfect order and the scanned images have wonderful color and clarity.. I wouldn't think of using any other photo scanning/video transfer service; DigMyPics is perfect in every way! "

"For my 80th birthday all my kids came. We spent many hours watching 53 carousels, each holding 80 slides. Everyone shouting when they saw one they wanted. We managed to reduce the 53 to 16. Digmypics made dvds for all my children. We are all thrilled with the results. What a gift. Now I plan on going through my scrapbooks. I have them starting with 4th grade. That should keep me busy."

"I cannot say enough about the service I received with digmypics. Everything from directions of how to send your films in to exactly what will happen when they receive them. I loved that you can preview everything before they made the DVD's and add titles. My movies were from the 1960s and am more than please with the outcome. You do have remember that back then video cameras did not have the ability to do low light videos, but even though you can see the images enough to bring back the memories. I contacted them a couple of times by e-mail and telephone and I can tell you the customer service was excellent. When you call you actually talk to a live person, who is very pleasant and helpful. E-mails were answered very quickly, mostly the same day if during the week. "
