"For scanning negatives I have used digmypics a couple times, another scanning service once, and done some work on my own using a high quality bed scanner. The dust removal and color balancing from digmypics has been way better than what I could achieve on my own, and the customer service from digmypics has been great. "I sent digmypics over 100 slides dating back as far as 1946. Some were overexposed, some had darkened, and a few were a bit fuzzy. Digmypics managed to restore and improve the clarity and coloring where needed. I was very pleased with the quality of the pictures. I was anxious to see the final photos, so I used the downloader app to download the files to my PC, allowing me to send selected pictures to be printed before I even received the DVD in the mail. "
