"I had all of my slides scanned and they did a fantastic job. Several slides I thought were lost they were able to repair and look just like they were recently taken. There were only 3 or 4 slides that were unrepairable out of 1045 slides. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have your slides scanned to a disc so they are easier to view."

"This is the first time I have used an on-line service to scan slides. These slides were the only high quality existing pictures of a mobile recording unit our company, Omega Productions, had purchased in 1986 and converted into a more road worthy vehicle. I had no idea of what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised how organized the company was in communicating with me via email on each step of the process. I was kept abreast of each stage from receipt of the order through final payment on to shipment and ending with receipt of my order. The other item that impressed me was the quality I received with regard to the scanned images. I was able to request a high level of dpi as well as receive the scans as tif files on a DVD. "The slides that I sent in to be converted were more than 50 years old. A while ago I sent some of the slides to a local photo shop to be converted. The results were terrible. "I sent in our family's 8mm home movies to have them restored and transferred to DVD's. My sisters and I used to love watching our home movies with our parents. It has been a long time since we all sat down to watch our movies. My dad passed away 2 years ago and I am helping my Mom make decisions and one of the best decisions we made was to have our movies transferred. (I tried, but I am not as good with that old movie projector as my dad was.) :) We received the DVD's last week and Mom and I previewed one of them before my 3 sisters travel here for our "Sullivan Women Movie Night" which we will have on the 2nd anniversary of our dad's death. It was so cool to be able to see movies of my dad and other relatives who have died. As we watched, my 87 year old mom turned to me with tears in her eyes and said: "I am so glad we have these". Thank you all so, so much for what you have done for my family and especially for my Mom. I absolutely cannot wait for my sisters to see these movies again! Thank you!"

"I was a little nervous about sending off my pictures, but shipping time was really quick (with their convenient pre-addressed box and label). They sent me an email right away that the box had arrived so I could rest assured. The rest of their service was great as well. The turn around was quick and it was great seeing the pictures go up online. And being able to choose at the end if a couple need to be eliminated is also a nice feature. The quality of images was excellent, I had sent some old faded photos, but they all look nice. Each step of the process including utilizing the website, and emails were simple and straightforward. And when I called (two times for two different questions) I got a real person who was friendly and helpful."

I sent a few to be scanned so that I could evaluate the service (the online order form does not specifically address this size, but it was possible to describe what I wanted in the "Comments" section).
